As part of our commitment to creating a fully inclusive campus community, 51³Ô¹ÏÍø is working to ensure that people with disabilities have equal opportunity to access online information and functionality. We want all visitors to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø websites to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.
What are we doing?
To help us make the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø website a positive place for everyone, BSU is utilizing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – Level AA and WAI-ARIA 1.1 to make our web content accessible to people with disabilities and more user friendly for everyone.
We are working hard to achieve Level AA accessibility and monitor the website regularly to maintain this high standard. Although every effort is being made to provide only fully accessible content, a number of accessibility issues may still need to be resolved. As we become aware of issues, we will address them in a timely manner.
If you have a disability and any material on our web pages interferes with your ability to access information, please contact ITSupport@bridgew.edu or call 508-531-2555, and indicate:
- The nature of your accessibility or alternative format needs
- The URL (web address) of the material you would like to access
- Your contact information
IT Support will seek to resolve any issues regarding inaccessibility of the information on official BSU websites and/or forward the issue to the appropriate department information provider. Information requests will be referred to the appropriate department, and a representative will respond to your request.
